Treat your body well. Love yourself and your life… Enough to stop abusing it with crap foods, alcohol and sitting on the couch.
✓ Choose plant based foods over processed
✔Limit or eliminate alcohol for good…do you really need it?
✓ Move EVERY DAY, for at least 20-30 minutes. Doesn’t have to be difficult. Just get up and walk.

I used to be the kind of person who took my life for granted. I didn’t have gratitude. I had excuses for everything. I blamed my lifestyle on the ghosts of my past, and wallowed in self-pity. FOR YEARS!

Before going plant based I never thought I could be a strong woman and do hard things with my body. But now, I realize there is POWER in the plants! I’m running every day, lifting weights… and building muscles… all with plants!
