Amy's Best Dishes Meatballs Recipe

Monday Night Meatballs on Tuesday | With AmysBestDishes on TikTok

Hey, everyone! Today I happened to catch Monday Night Meatballs with Amy of AmysBestDishes on TikTok. Love to watch this lady cook.

Every good Italian chef makes meatballs a little differently. Amy adds onions to hers (at least this recipe she does). So do I, if I’m in an onion mood. 🙂 Some wouldn’t dare leave out the garlic. To each his own, and bon appetit. This makes me hungry!

Here’s Amy, of AmysBestDishes on TikTok. Follow her here for classic Southern Italian recipes, made in her beautiful, cozy kitchen.

She starts with about a pound and a half of ground beef.

Then she adds  salt, grated Romano cheese, and Italian bread crumbs. Find her exact amounts here on the recipe video.

There they are, the coarsely chopped onions! Followed by lots of fresh Italian parsley and 2 farm fresh eggs. I love that Amy gives her audience exact measured amounts even as she’s eyeballing the ingredients. Now that’s the sign of a lady who knows her way around the kitchen!

Don’t be afraid to get your hands a little messy. That’s how good meatballs are made.

Rolling the meatballs. If you’re unsure about what size to make yours, just envision them on your plate topping a pile of your favorite pasta with red sauce. Then size them accordingly.

Yum… browned in canola oil to 3/4 of the way done, then she transfers them to the pot of tomato sauce.

Looks sooo good. Mouth is literally watering. Check out the video below for all the details, and be sure to follow AmysBestDishes on TikTok for more authentic Italian recipes like these.

The final result. A hearty and satisfying Italian meal to enjoy on a crisp fall evening.

Here’s the video of Amy Making her Wonderful Monday Night Meatballs. Enjoy!
