Air Purifiers, Supplements a Must After Air Pollution Exposure

Allie coaches health advice-seekers as such:

“Usually I’m talking about sickness. But today I’m talking about in case you have wildfires or in close proximity to wildfires or the aftermath, the smoke and particulate in the air.

So if you can have an air cleaner, that’s great. With a HEPA filter. I like AustinAir and Mila (and have 2 of each!)”

Allie advises, “I also keep three supplements on hand in case of emergency:

It neutralizes free radicals.

2 Have NAC on hand, taking 500 milligrams per day as well.

3 Glutathione. NAC being the precursor to glutathione, but glutathione itself being your master antioxidant. 200mg 2-3x/day
