Avocado & Chicken Caprese Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/8 Avocado, chopped
- 2 oz. Fresh mozzarella, chopped
- 4 oz. Chicken breasts, chopped (I used garlic salt & pepper-seasoned, sautéed chicken
breasts)
- Fresh torn basil
- Walden Farms Balsamic
Arrange ingredients as a salad. Picture is more servings.
