This “fried” flounder is quick, easy and delicious. Make it on a night when you need to whip up dinner in a hurry.
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of flounder fillets
1 cup plain bread crumbs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
2 pinches of garlic powder
4 shakes of oregano
safflower oil
To Make:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Get out a glass baking dish, and coat the bottom lightly with oil. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Place fish in baking dish. Pour bread crumb and spice mixture over the fish, then roll around to thoroughly coat.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Serve with sweet potatoes and green peas.
